When a massive hail-storm hit Sanger, a google search brought me to IPDR, where I met Israel. He dealt with my insurance, kept me updated consistently - and when my car was done, it came out looking better than it was brand new. Highly recommend him and his team! Will absolutely go back to him (but let's hope no more hail storms for me!!! :) )

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the work was done with real attention to detail. You can tell he cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in doing quality work.
Came here for my Model Y door dent and Israel did an amazing job! He even found dents that I didn’t know I had. Would highly recommend this place for dents. I will definitely be coming back if I need to.
Great care and customer service at this location! Not only did they fix the damage to my bumper on my SUV, but they also cleaned my vehicle. It’s hard to find this level of customer care in these times, but this establishment has it down! In only a 3 business day turnaround! They also stayed in touch with me through the entire process. Great job guys!
