Abbiamo contattato Luca di IPD per l'assemblaggio e montaggio della nuova cucina IKEA, con conseguente rifacimento delle pareti e pavimentazione nuovi. Ad inizio lavori ci siamo resi conto che l’ordine IKEA era pieno di errori e non era conforme alle richieste fatte ai loro assistenti al momento della progettazione. Servizio vendite, progettazione e assistenza post vendita IKEA pessimo, a dir poco. NOTE: This review is not about the quality of an IPD renovation job. Contacted IPD last August for a plastering job in my flat. They came to check out the flat and were super helpful, discussing different options and providing suggestions. I was told that the waiting would have been a bit long, probably about 6 months, but I was ok waiting for that as long as the job was carried out in late winter/early spring. Called them to fully renovate a bathroom and to fix damages caused by a burst water pipe (floor replacement, wall paintings, fixing doors' frames). Luca and Andrea have been very reliable and precise in the execution of the works. A big thank you to Luca for the creative solutions to overcome the various challenges posed by my old, crooked walls and the cleanliness during the works. The work has definitely met the expectations and it sticked to the quote.
