If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hired IPC Pools (their real legal company is AA Reliable Construction Inc.) and paid 100% in advance. It has been a nightmare ever since. They have abandoned my project. They took my payment of $4,716 for concrete work over a week ago and vanished. They extorted $1,600 for an electrical hookup that (as I found on the permit) was ALREADY part of the project and had its own subcontractor. Thank you much to all IPC Pools Team! Had an amazing experience. To be realistic permits were a headache, thought it was going to be easier but cities now request for so many things omg. However, IPC team made sure to gather all the needed information and acted the best way possible, keeping me updated on every step of the process. I have to update my review to 5 star again after the response I received from the owner. He was totally unaware about my issues and called me several times to make sure he comes and talks to me to resolve my issues. Believe it or not he solved all my pool problems and fixes the things that were not even part of warranty. It was all taken care of in a day.
