Really unprofessional doctors and staff. How is it possible to lose samples?? And what doctor gives away a medical clearance with quote “who I just met”
The hygiene at this clinic is highly concerning. The chairs are consistently filthy, and despite raising this issue with the staff previously, no effort has been made to have them steam cleaned. It is bewildering that a medical clinic would opt for fabric chairs instead of leather ones, which are much easier to clean and more appropriate for infection control. Unbelievable. Michael Yew cancelled 2 appointments on me, pushing my visit back by a whole month, then refused to see me after I drove from 40 minutes away to see him because I was 5 minutes late and he wanted to leave early that day. I had regularly waited up to 30 minutes after my appointment times for him in the past. I have always been friendly and polite, never made problems of any sort for him. Completely unacceptable treatment. I'll never be back.
I was really hoping for a positive visit, guess I was wrong. From the moment I walked in to Dr Setty room it was disappointing, I think a quick google search and all my questions would of been the same answer as what Dr Setty said.
I couldn’t have had a better experience with my councillor Priya Whig, she understood me as a person better than some of my friends. She helped me through the hardest experiences of my life and will always be someone I sing the praises of. She is incredibly knowledgeable, emotionally intelligent, resourceful and very respectful and I can’t thank her enough for the amazing support I got in our sessions and I hope the world treats you as kindly as you did me! 🩹
