call was on hold for 2 hours, nobody answered and just hung up on me after 2 hours of waiting. why are the staff not answering the phone??
The GP I had been seeing was very abrasive with me for no reason, called me unscheduled to complain that our appointment had gone over a week prior and made her other patients upset? Then I got asked to make an appointment for results and when I did my dr acted like they had no clue why I was calling, basically threatened access to my medication and is just really rude. Have been receiving very good care from Dr Tas and she is so easy to talk to.... Today i had ear syringing done by nurse Marie, who was so caring and she made me comfortable during the entire process..
