I recently attended IPC Health Sunshine as a pre-booked interpreter through LanguageLoop on Monday, 15th of June around 10:45am. I was engaged to interpret for a specific client attending a child speech pathology appointment. Unfortunately, the client did not attend due to illness. Helen is an excellent podiatrist. So glad you are able to provide people on low incomes with private quality care. It's really refreshing. However, the intake process really needs to be centralised. Crazy they need to call each individual location to see when the next available appointment is. Please invest in better systems.
