Very professional from the time of booking until turning the keys back over. Beautiful place with much room to work with, clean bathrooms and clean kitchenette. When it came to responding, communication was very quick and clear. 10/10 all the way around book here you wont be disappointed
We recently hosted our Sneaker Gala at iParty LLC, and everything turned out great. The venue was clean, spacious, and had the perfect setup for our event. The staff was helpful and professional, and they helped make the night a success. I definitely recommend iParty LLC for any party, banquet, or special event.
I honestly do not even know where to begin because this entire experience has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. From the very beginning, the communication was terrible. I could barely get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. I wanted to physically see the building and ask questions regarding my contract and reservation, yet instead of someone taking the time to properly communicate with me, I was sent a video as if that was supposed to answer everything. This is my review…. First of all, the owner (very professional) responded to me ASAP, answering all questions and giving me all the insight and extras that the venue offers. I could have saved lots of money if I had contacted IParty sooner. They have EVERYTHING you need for any event. Just ask! It is very spacious and a private feel to it . Lots of parking with security cameras. I would definitely recommend 10/10 and planning to rebook in the near future.
