Expensive!!!!
I purchased this product from you, but the staff here says they won’t accept the return. I haven’t used the item, and you are obligated to take it back and refund me the full amount, including all applicable taxes. Your staff also says I can’t return it today and must come back tomorrow. I’m truly disappointed.
After i left the store and went outside 2 balloons flew away……….
Crazy expensive helium-filled balloon numbers: $8 for a balloon itself without helium and almost the same for the helium to fill them up. Disappointed that it wasn't clear that it would be charged separately.
I walked in with my family yesterday. We bought 3 small sized foil balloons (With air, it was like $26?) as the male clerk advised. Sorry, one of 3 got air out in 1 night. I have read the other reviews. I think When the owner sees this post, he will put an excuse I carried without a caution, but it was not the case. The clerk said it would last a few weeks and I took those with surprising high price tag for AIR for a birthday party :) I checked similar products at Partycity (this is a franchise store,,,safe...)near by LATER ... read more
