Terrible experience. The attendant was rude, screaming at the clients and making hand gestures telling people to leave. He did not accept my SpotHero reservation, and I had to pay more on site. He caused a very unpleasant scene. Horrible.
I would not recommend this garage. I booked a reservation and paid on Spot Hero, the day before my arrival, for 2 days. On the day of my arrival, I got to the garage and was informed by the attendant, Moses, that the garage is full and there's nothing he can do. I showed him my paid in full reservation, and he replied, "You'll have to cancel it." So far i had a pleasant experience. Booked this place through SpotHero app. They didn’t rush me. Staff didn’t expect a tip. Secure. Walkable distance to timesquare. Accets debit/credit. Clear instructions. See images for further reference.
Long story short…. Be careful Knowing that parking in NYC during a weekday is difficult at best, I decided to use Groupon to see if there were any deals to be had. Well there was a deal all right. On Oct 8th I bought a Groupon for this iPark location. I setup a reservation for the next day and even received the confirmation within the Parkwhiz app. I showed up the next day a few minutes before my reserved time.
