Good environment, detailed service and good customer service, highly recommended, easy access and most importantly Eyebrows are detailed!!!!
Did the waxing and shaping of the brows and it was such a pleasant experience. It was super easy to book online. The salon was clean and neat. The lady at the front (didn’t get her name) had great customer service and was very pleasant. Alexandra took great care of me and explained where needed to grow on my brows etc etc. 10/10 reccomend.
I have been coming to Ipanema for over 3 years now and the services and quality has only continually gotten better. I first started coming just to have my eyebrows shaped and once they started offering hair service i had no questions to start going here for that as well. The staff have easily become like a second family and I have never been let down with any service. Could not recommend more!
Honestly I can say the service was beyond expectation this was a birthday surprise for my wife and she absolutely love it. Thank you so much to the staff for taking amazing care of my wife she will definitely will be one of your clients forever. Alessandra F provided an exceptional service.
