Not impressed! Not friendly. Not helpful. Poor customer service. Very slow service. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks. But i was without my machine for 2 months! They would not call us with any updates as to why it was taking so long. They would not call the manufacturer to get warranty extended because it took so long. The warranty work had been approved by the manufacturer, but they did not submit it for payment for 5 more weeks. Very frustrated. No, I would NOT recommend this business.
