Have been a supporter of this pharmacy and go out of my way to have prescriptions filled here. I had one on auto-refill but never received a call. Called to ask about it and they said they would have it for me same day. I was going to be completely out. I asked when they closed and they said 5 PM. I left work to make it before close and am standing in front of their very closed pharmacy at 4:55 PM. Prescriptions were on time. I have had many issues with Walgreens, CVS, and MetroMarket/Pick and Save pharmacys and pharmacist not being able to just do one refill for one medication. I have to go farther to pick up at iPack because I live nowhere near Brookfield, however my doctor is upstairs, I don't have to worry about running around Greenfield/Milwaukee/West Allis/etc while making one trip to Elmbrook iPack eliminates stress and uncertainty.
