It’s a high-pressure zone—calls pouring in from every mechanic and body shop in town, walk-in customers (often unsure of exactly what they need), prepping delivery orders for drivers, and still covering the back desk for the I-Pac techs. Worst service center
They told me on the phone that they would hold the parts that I asked for, I rode a bike for over an hour to get there and when I asked for the parts they said they couldn't help me. Never coming here again.
