Ricardo from IP Security Camera has always come through for me. I called him with a simple surveillance problem (I thought). 1.5 hours later he had it corrected. It wasn't so simple. With humor and perseverance the problem was solved. Ricardo knows what he is doing. He has helped us on several occasions in the past and is professional and knowledgeable on what he does.
