We were a loyal customer for many years. Once upon a time IP Comms had great customer service however that's definitely not the case anymore. Our credit card expired recently as most credit cards do after a few years. Instead of calling our accounts payable dept. to get the updated card number like any other reasonable vendor does, IPComms decided to terminate our account and demand an outrageous reconnection fee to get it restarted. Definitely not a company I'd recommend.

These guys rock! This is where you want to get your phones and phone handling from. They offer great plans and are even willing to create custom plans. They'll even beat the competition... What competition? Believe me I've searched and IPComms are the best at the cheapest price!
