The staff who installed our window were fantastic! However, we had a challenge in getting installation scheduled and a key part of getting a egress window installed would include the interior trim. IWS neglected to inform us they wouldn't finish the trim (I didn't think to ask either though), so now we are trying to find someone who can install trim.
