When I got here it was an hour wait time with 10 windows open. After 20 minutes they took it down to 6 windows. Why? It’s doesn’t make sense. There is literally someone at a window who is helping 1 person every 20 minutes. You can literally see the staff just walking around behind the counter doing nothing. The wait time is already long so they take away the staff from the windows to help less people. Is this normal?
It’s easy & saves a trip down town.
Came by appointment check in 15 minutes early and literally got in immediately. Dennis was so incredibly helpful and even friendly!
