As a truck driver passing through happened to come across this gym it is great if I lived here this would’ve been my gym this gym got everything you need and more also the owner a great guy he shows you around and available to help you
Great facility with a variety of machines and free weights for any exercises you could ask for. Owner is extremely friendly and you can tell has put a lot of hard work into creating a gym that's inviting and effective.
Whether you're there to workout for the first time or you're experienced, Iowa strength has it all. The staff is knowledgeable in many ways. If you want supplements they have them and a great variety.
