I went to Iowa Street Dental Group for a routine checkup on 03/10/2025 and was told I needed an expensive deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) because of a few 4–5mm pockets. They refused to do a regular cleaning, claiming it would make things worse. On top of that, they were pushy about getting me to sign up for a payment plan on the spot, which felt really aggressive. Wonderful people and wonderful service. Comfortable the entire time and very exceptional work. They are great people and I will be returning here for all future dental work for me and my family. Dr. Kaur was very attentive to my needs for numbing and making sure I got the help I needed for specialty care.

Came to Dr. Kaur because I moved to lawrence and needed a close dentist, I had multiple appointments with concerns about a bump on the roof of my mouth. They charged my insurance happily and took their money. Dr. Kaur made me feel like I was going crazy and kept telling me it was just the shape of the roof of my mouth.
