The last time I went to the Hubbell branch, I had to deal with rude, unfriendly people working there. And they never said my name or even said hello.
I stopped into the Hubbell branch last week and the tellers were so nice. They even remembered my name!
The staff in this office is very friendly and always greets me by name.
I was planning on opening an account here, but the employee whom I spoke with acted so condescending towards me that I decided to open my account elsewhere.
