They have always been very kind, patient, and willing to listen to my concerns. They were even able to get me in on extremely short notice when I needed urgent help with what they soon diagnosed as kidney stone pain. Can't recommend these fine people enough. I'm sure they are humans like the rest of us, but I am 100% confident that they are always doing their very best to help their patients! Used to be a good clinic but lately it has been horrible.
I made a same day appointment and they made sure I got testing before the Holiday. They were so helpful and caring. I recommend them to everyone.
We love Iowa Specialty! I have recently brought my daughter to Garner for broken toes and I have changed my primary care to here as well. Everytime we are there, it stands out how nice and knowledgeable they are. My nurse was great, my doctor was awesome, even the lady who took my labs was super nice. We have a doctors office in the town we live in but choose to drive to Garner.
