Traumatic
I’m a crazy first time mom and have brought my daughter in a few times over things that ended up being minor — but I didn’t know that at the time. Each time Nurse Bob was there and he always reassured me that my daughter was “normal” and didn’t make me feel stupid for worrying so much. I’ve never had a bad experience there. I am always treated with respect and kindness by all staff but specifically Nurse Bob. They all do a great job there.
