Never had issues like these others are staying. Everyone has always been super friendly. Dr Zorn is very nice, but I feel because he is of an older generation he can come across very direct, but it's never been in a rude way. The rest of the staff have always been very nice and inviting. I'm not sure what everyone is on about but it sounds to me either give misunderstandings, your insurance company is terrible or you just genuinely are an unpleasant person to deal with.
After reading some bad reviews regarding the Iowa Sleep Clinic I came to my own conclusion that the people who posted these reviews didn’t want to deal with the facts provided by Doctor Steven Zorn. They were perhaps in denial of the reality of their situation. We found him to be very professional and caring. I can only praise the Iowa Sleep Clinic for their excellent work in getting me in for a sleep study in such a short amount of time. They all jumped through hoops to get my appointments expedited. The staff is such a caring group and I highly recommend this place.
Dr Zorn has always been great to work with. His staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
I am still at a loss for words on how i was treated by that sleep "doctor" he judged me on my looks - my tattoos & im sure he LOVED -my facial piercings - he was an old white man who bullies anyone who isnt another white male. He didnt want to hear my words. I've tried 7 different types of masks / mouth pieces & nothing helps. The masks are too big & had to be STAPPED to my head so tight the top of my nose started rub raw & bleed. The air makes my mouth so dry i have to take it all off just to have a sip of water & its impos... read more
