Good place to have your truck serviced and repaired. I call and make an appointment. I show up at the appointed time or a little after and remind them what needs to be done.The service coordinator is good and so are the mechanics. It's done within 48 hours.
Don't get put on a "list" for service. They won't ever show. Even after talking to the owner. Apparently you need to be a big client to get service.
Kasey, Carson, Cody, Barry, and everyone else are great. Have been doing business with them for several years now. They do quality work and have fair prices. Very knowledgeable and have gotten us out of more than one “pinch”. Minimal errors. Great shop. Hard to find a repair shop like IRM.
Hands down a great shop, and one of the best ones around in my opinion! They do amazing work and will get you up and running.
