We made 3 calls to office and realtors in the Adel office to list our home. Receptionist said someone would get back with us. 3 weeks later no calls!! Everyone in that office should be fired and close the place down. IF THEY ARE TO LAZY TO LIST A HOUSE than there is no way they will ever work to sell your house.
Don’t do it. If they are on the buyers side DO NOT let the represent you too. Very shady. Their communication, representation and follow through on our behalf is horrible. We have found ourselves in a mess of a home with nothing being professionally completed or even completed. Anything that has been completed was allowed to be cobbled together by the homeowner. I will write a very detailed review once I see how the rest of this circus plays out. For now, STAY AWAY!
