I meant to post this weeks ago but totally forgot after traveling! I can’t recommend this company enough based on our experience with the senior manager Wayne, he helped me and my husband out when we were stuck on the side of the road, out of state, and missing a lug wrench. Where we were was right next to a merge lane and Wayne immediately put his lights on and came to help us. He was so kind and worked so hard to help get us back on the road. I was driving north on highway 14, in the middle lane, behind a dirty Iowa Plains work truck covered in mud, full of equipment like cones and shovels, when a rock chipped my windshield. Right in the middle. I wrote down the license plate and called in telling them what happened. They said after investigation their truck wasn’t full of rock so the repair is my responsibility. Seems fair, right?
