We had Tim from Iowa Pest out to do our termite inspection for our home sale, and we couldn't be happier with the service. He was incredibly thorough and kind throughout the entire process. Tim and his team are amazing to work with. We used them for pest control when we lived in Des Moines for years, and when we purchased a farm and moved to south central Iowa, we knew it would be a challenge to get the same level of service. After some failed attempts with other companies, I happened to reach out to Iowa Pest & Termite and Tim advised that they actually had some clients in the area and would be willing to drive a little further southeast to service us. Highly recommend this company for all your pest needs! We had an ant problem and with 1 treatment our ants were gone and have stayed gone!! I like the reminders via email and text, because I get busy and forget, so it's nice to have the extra communication!! Our service has been excellent and we are extremely satisfied we chose to go with this company!!
