Great staff
I injured my shoulder while exercising and knew that I needed assistance. Went to the Iowa Ortho Urgent Care Clinic in Johnston at 7am. The admittance staff was helpful. The initial check in nurse listened to my issue and accurately noted it for the PA or doctor. Ms Ward reviewed my shoulder issue & X- ray, and explained that I needed an MRI and to see Dr. Khorifiaty. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at the clinic.
I saw Page Goff. She did an awesome job with helping me and my diagnosis. She has a great bedside manner and definitely knows her profession. Her staff was also very good. She even called me later to follow up. Not all drs do that. I would highly recommend this location.
I am extremely upset because I saw a nurse practitioner on Friday at 1 PM and he said he would call in a prescription for me and I checked back before I even left and they said they would do it right away. By 7 PM when Hy-Vee pharmacy at Valley West closes they still have not gotten the prescription. I called it today and they said he was in surgery until 430 so here.
