First time in my life that I was refused to be seen regarding my health. I came to this office off a recommendation from a PT and after I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to even schedule an appointment. I thought I would be able to get an Xray done and schedule more scans if needed and I would be in and out. I really was in and out because after I mentioned that I thought my neck (which is what I wanted to be seen for) was causing headaches for me. They said they can’t help me and turned me away. I would give 0 stars if I could. They refused to even see me, I'm super pissed off. This has to be illegal?! I'm currently sitting in the lobby with my boot on in pain and they won't even treat me. What the hell.
