I am extremely upset because I saw a nurse practitioner on Friday at 1 PM and he said he would call in a prescription for me and I checked back before I even left and they said they would do it right away. By 7 PM when Hy-Vee pharmacy at Valley West closes they still have not gotten the prescription. I called it today and they said he was in surgery until 430 so here. First time in my life that I was refused to be seen regarding my health. I came to this office off a recommendation from a PT and after I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to even schedule an appointment. I thought I would be able to get an Xray done and schedule more scans if needed and I would be in and out. I really was in and out because after I mentioned that I thought my neck (which is what I wanted to be seen for) was causing headaches for me. They said they can’t help me and turned me away.
