Stay away ...This company is a scam! They raised our rates after my husband received his first speeding ticket in 15 years. They said it would go back down, but it has not. The rates continue to soar and we hadn't filed a claim in the 7 years with them. That should have been our sign. Last week, as we were traveling down the highway pulling our RV, we lost a piece of fiberglass siding. They don’t waste time doing anything with their insured other then take their money. Insurance is meant to help people, and the last thing they care about is people.
I don't recommend this company to anyone. We've been dealing with this company for workman's comp. Checks don't come on time. He told my husband to get a job, he can no longer work because of what happened at work. He tried. Too much pain. We've been trying to settle and it's excuse after excuse on why we haven't heard from lawyers etc. Very rude, they don't seem to care etc.
