Poor Communication!!! My experience with Iowa Mortgage Solutions was disappointing. Communication was slow and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. I expected a smoother and more organized process, but it felt frustrating from start to finish.
Iowa Mortgage Solutions worked tirelessly to help me with a mess of a home equity loan I had. Everything was corrected at minimal cost and I now have a good loan, improved credit and a great job that required good credit. Mike, MIke and Marci were wonderful!
