if i could give less than one star i would. i am a disabled vet living on my disability check. i called iowa legal aid for help and they refused to help me. claiming they only take the most dangerous cases. i am in need of help and they wont. what a joke

I called to ask for input on how to deal with a discrimination based off disability related to housing. And I finally spoke with a man named David who was ridiculously condescending and doesn't take a breath when he speaks so I'm sitting here being lectured out instead of spoken to. And perhaps maybe he needs to be reminded that all disabilities mean intellectually challenged. I can only give them a two stars because they were not able to help me. At first it seem like the wanted to help but after the call . It feel off a cliff.
