Not even a client/customer. Iowa Landscape is doing work in our neighborhood. At the end of each day, their crew/employees clean up very, very well! Hand sweep/broom the entire road. Swept/cleaned off the public sidewalks. Keeping the mess very well contained. Much appreciation as they're keeping a very well kept site.
I would highly recommend Iowa Landscape. They are hard workers who provide quality work and materials, they communicate well, they went above and beyond my expectations. Our job looks great. Thank you.
Long story short—things started good, then they stopped responding, overcharged me, and took payment after ignoring my texts FOR A MONTH and without any warning. Over $6k spent and the issue is arguably worse than before. Kaleb came out to address an issue we had with heaving due to ground water. He admitted he didn't have all the answers to fix the issue, but he would talk with his team and figure it out. He came back with a list of tasks to fix the issue and on paper it looked good. Iowa Landscape did a terrific job regrading my entire yard, installing sod, and beautiful mulch flowerbeds. They had machines to get the job done quickly.
Edit from 5 to 1 star; sadly, good experience turned upon second contract to poor to zero communication, 2 man hours of work but charged card for 4, truck left oil stain in driveway, and service actually done was mediocre. Service from this company runs hot and cold, good luck.
