I would give zero stars if I could. As a self-aware and respectful patient, I’m extremely disappointed in how Dr. Courtney handled my care. She documented highly inappropriate and inaccurate differential diagnoses in my chart — without ever discussing them with me during our session. As a medical student, I value structure and focus in my life, but that should never be mistaken for pathology.
