I have been attending for a number of months and the staff have been very kind and considerate. Throughout renovations they helped assist clients navigating and politely informing of changes going on. The transactional nature of healthcare feels less here and more comforting as the nurses go out of their way to listen to my goings-on, helping me feel more like a person and less of a number with staff being responsive to conversation.
