Dr Cook was so amazing, caring and compassionate. I took my mom there and she is very sensitive with her ears lately and also recently diagnosed with dementia. However Dr Cook made us feel right at home and explained everything she was doing and what my mom needed. she listens!!! Validates you. I felt like she really went the extra mile for her patients!! Would recommend her over and over again we need more people like her in the world!!
Dr Cook, Ann and Daisy saved the day! My mom came down to stay and forgot her Oticon MiniRT charger…they had one on the shelf!!! Thank you ladies for saving the day!
Close to the airport and convenient timing to look at nonfunctioning left hearing aid , and had it up an working in 10 minutes. Both Audiologist and front office very knowledgeable and kind! Thanks for getting back to working so quickly! Can work on 7 different brands.
Dr. Cook is amazing!! I have seen plenty of Audiologist in my life, and I will never got see another one! Dr. Cook is so very meticulate at making sure you not only get what you need, but also listens to her patient's needs and wants! She made my time there for so personable unlike any of the others I've seen who have just treated me as a number! Dr. Cook went above and beyond not only to help me get back into hearing aids, but also helped my find financing to help afford them! She is a 10 out of 10 and I totally recommend!!... read more
I couldn’t recommend Dr. Kelly Cook highly enough. We are from out of town and she was so helpful and accommodating. If we lived here she would be my husband's audiologist for sure!
