Iowa Foundation Repair did a fantastic job with installing a curtain drain and putting battery backups on both of my sump pumps. The crew was efficient and got a lot of work in just 1.5 days especially considering less than ideal weather conditions. Very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. All the guys I talked with were polite and took the time to show me the work and answer my questions. Work area was cleaned up well afterward. Great experience!
Iowa Foundation Repair installed 4 anchors and 6 piers to stabilize my South garage wall which was leaning outward. They worked very hard over several days digging deep holes for the hardware. When the anchors and plates and bolts were installed, they tightened the bolts and pulled my wall up straight. The piers lifted the wall so it was level. We did the work in November of 2020 and we were blessed with four days of no rain and moderately cool temperatures. I was very pleased with the result.
I highly recommend Justin Porter and his team! He's been extremely helpful for myself and my real estate clients when needing additional information on bracing, replacement, etc. His always responsive and is very knowledgable and helpful.
