I call today 9/02/2025 and the person who answered was rude and hung up on me. I'm new to Iowa and I'm looking for references and information about flooring prices and installation this person it was so rude
Tyler and the rest of the team are excellent to work with. As a contractor it’s hard to find a supplier that is just as caring about the client being happy with their product as we are and they have not disappointed us with anything we have purchased from them. They ensure our orders are correct and delivered as quickly as possible and if something is missing they make it right! It’s a pleasure working with Iowa Floor Covering! Looking forward to working together for years to come.
I wish I could give 6 stars to these guys and stack on a Michelin Star to. We're caught and up in this debacle with Davis Custom Homes and these guys have been nothing but respectful and real humans to work with. I would push any and everyone their way for carpet, tile and whatever else may fall under their umbrella. Thank you guys!
Fantastic service! Easy ordering. The installers were professional, friendly and very informative! The carpet looks fantastic! We'll definitely be ordering from them in the near future, ( bathrooms and kitchen is next.) Thanks Iowa Floor Covering!
You know when you think are these reviews real? This is a real true 5 star review. If I could do more stars I would give them. I bought a new home which has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I feel My realtor failed me and would caution anyone using him and his company. On the other hand I almost did not call Iowa floor covering because I had 3 other quotes but I thank God I did.
