We love our new flooring. The staff was great helping us pick out best type flooring for tv room - high traffic area as well as heavy furniture. The installers did great job with the varied wood look we wanted. Looks great with our furniture. We are very happy from start to finish. Great people to work with. Marsha and Jerry Marlow
I call today 9/02/2025 and the person who answered was rude and hung up on me. I'm new to Iowa and I'm looking for references and information about flooring prices and installation this person it was so rude
Tyler and the rest of the team are excellent to work with. As a contractor it’s hard to find a supplier that is just as caring about the client being happy with their product as we are and they have not disappointed us with anything we have purchased from them. They ensure our orders are correct and delivered as quickly as possible and if something is missing they make it right! It’s a pleasure working with Iowa Floor Covering! Looking forward to working together for years to come.
I wish I could give 6 stars to these guys and stack on a Michelin Star to. We're caught and up in this debacle with Davis Custom Homes and these guys have been nothing but respectful and real humans to work with. I would push any and everyone their way for carpet, tile and whatever else may fall under their umbrella. Thank you guys!
Fantastic service! Easy ordering. The installers were professional, friendly and very informative! The carpet looks fantastic! We'll definitely be ordering from them in the near future, ( bathrooms and kitchen is next.) Thanks Iowa Floor Covering!
