The problem of Amethyst not hearing g properly was never addressed. She was referred to you because she failed to hearing test , it was never addressed as to why she failed the test, only that she needs speech therapy. If she's not hearing properly shouldn't it be looked into as why she failed her hearing test?
Had a nice visit with the doctor and appreciated all the information that we gathered very friendly staff as well and highly recommend
