Same Story I've had from my last visit. The first go around 2 years ago was semi helpful but they screwed up the billing so bad with my Insurance which they still screw up. My last two visits I'm left with an undiagnosed problem and I can't see anyone outside of a PA-C. After two months we're finally getting a scan done to see what's going on when this should have happened two months ago. Dr Muntz was kind and VERY through. She was honest that my case is complex and will take a lot of time to manage. She made sure to tell me what she was testing for and why as well as what we’d look for next if answers aren’t found . My labs came back quickly and were addressed and explained just as quickly !
Nurses and doctors are amazing
The doctor I was seeing had no answers to my symptoms and this company would not allow me to see another doctor. I’m not only patient she has done this too. Even when I said I do not feel comfortable with her. They still refused to allow me to see another doctor cause all they did was read her notes not actually seeing me or talking to me.
