Dr ravi md he always behind we had 9am appt we sat for 50 mins past appt time no one said anything. She when in at 950am it is noe 11am again still waiting for her to get done and no one is coming out. I was treated poorly by this clinic. The office staff is rude and they don’t show compassion or understanding to their patients They are busy and you are just a number to them so they don’t care. The particular doctor I had and his nurse don’t communicate well even to each other in a timely manner and they don’t return phone calls in a professional time period and really not at all. Richard Sternberg: Absolutely terrible. Unfriendly secretaries. Never able to speak to attending physician or his nurse. Never called back to review results of ordered tests. Gave up and asked to have myself removed as a patient!
Horrible service Don’t care the patients and don’t know the procedure how is done . the total lack of communication and followup makes continuation of care impossible and extremely frustrating.
Iowa Digestive Disease Center, You did not need to send me a letter telling me you would not see me in your clinic for I have no intentions of ever darkening your door ever again! My doctor already knows for I sent her an email immediately after my experience with you and she was quite apologetic for my horrible experience. I was warned by several to not go there prior, I now wished I had heeded the warnings. I went there for testing a couple of months ago and I refused to wear their mask for I have breathing problems. It is impossible to speak with anyone here regarding your care; constantly being put on hold, nurses not returning calls (or if they do it's right before closing and you can't call back), doctors not following up after procedures (at all!), waiting to get test results via the mail and never hearing about them from the doctor, etc. I have experienced good in-person care for procedures however, the total lack of communication and followup makes continuation of care impossible and extremely frustrating.
I would not recommend anyone using this facility!!! Although my doctor was kind and knowledgeable, I wanted to get a second opinion regarding a procedure that was recommended to me. I called IDDC and requested to have my nurse notes released; the majority of my care was discussed via telephone, and I wanted record of all treatments that were prescribed and attempted.
