This is a terrible place, not professional at all!
Above and beyond service. Even made a Sleep doctor appointment for me, within hours, just to help me out and get me what I needed. I was a walk in, but both the manager, RT and nurses treated me like I wanted to be treated; respectful, thoughtful and thorough. I will return to this store and can recommend it to anyone who needs assistance with supplies or RT care for Cpap or Bipap.
I had a great experience here! The lady behind the counter was very helpful in explaining how the insurance billing works and pricing. We even compared prices to what I was paying online, prices were nearly the same and I don't pay shipping here. I highly recommend this place! The staff is very helpful, they also helped me understand when I need to change out my supplies.
Great people to work with, always take care of whatever I need.
