A horribly ran business. Landlord Swen is so unprofessional, talks to tenants so rude, doesn’t answer any texts or phone calls when you have questions or concerns, and does not care about tenants at all. Apartment was in bad quality at the time of move in and took him months to get people in to fix everything and it takes weeks to get ahold of him. I recommend that no one ever rents property from this company or landlord. You will regret it.
Like this other review I concur. This "Swen" guy is one of the most horrible landlords I have ever had to deal with. My favorite part was when I was trying to sublease with friends through him and he was absolutely rude to me multiple times over the phone which should have been a giveaway from the beginning. And when trying to have another girl sign a sublease form from him it was a hassle.
