Will keep you waiting for a scheduled, quarterly rebate check for over 30 days. Will INSIST that it's on the way but then will have no way to track it!! Group insurance plans are the biggest scam known to history!!! FYI if you're self-employed with no employees, they won't cover your medical bills if it COULD have been covered under a worker's compensation policy that you're NOT required to have!!
Would give zero stars if possible! These guys manage the FSA that the bank I work at uses.....Getting money from them is like pulling teeth. Keep in mind here that my employer contributes nothing to my FSA....this is 100% my own money. I stuck it into this plan thinking that was the responsible thing to do and when it comes time to pay out on claims the documentation they seem to think they need is so above and beyond that most providers reciepts dont cut the mustard.
