Dr. Aird was super helpful for me! I had never gotten hearing aids from him before, but recently got the pleasure of working with him because the speaker on my hearing aid broke and I was having difficulties with the doctor I went through for my aids. I contacted him and had the part I needed the very next day! I was even walked through on how to replace the part. I am incredibly impressed!
