Absolutely does not deserve even half a star. Project was not completed on time, and quite frankly, wasn't even really completed. Fence had gaps, broken wires, wasn't cut evenly, and one post wasn't set in concrete. When the job was "complete" contacted owner, who wanted to argue and not come personally inspect the issues we had. Did not want to take personal responsibility for his crew.
