Superior Medical Service by the entire staff
Never found such cutting edge care for seniors. Great advice from a friendly staff that really listens. I even get questions answered & meds prescribed via text!
I love this place. My 4th year, I think. No long waits. Positive employees from the receptionist at the door to the doctor. They listen. They don't rush you through like cattle. Thank you so much for being attentive.
We love Dr. Nilbhi Patel! She is so patient with my dad and very thorough. I’ve seen people complaining about contacting the office. I think this can definitely be an issue if you’re older and used to calling on the phone. We have been able to easily email directly with the doctor and get replies quickly.
I knew they were taking over Iora care however did not know when & never was I instructed as to what & when I was suppose to do. I finally called & found out that I was now “ out-of-network” they did give me a 30 day supply of medication but it took me 6 weeks to get an appt. With a near by pcp. I was left out of meds & out prescriptions. Furthermore I was due for my annual Medicare screen. I never rcv’d so much as a phone call, text, or e-mail to inform me of what was going on.
