This establishment deserves ZERO stars. My mother who is passing in front of me in hospice at this moment was a patient. She saw her provider last year about horrible reflux and not being able to taste anything and losing weight. They chalked it up to aging and referred her to a GI doctor who made an appointment 6 months out. No labs ordered no concern shown just told her as we age things change. I love the attention I get. Doctor Wiman listens to my concerns like no other doctor ever has. I love the team approach. It makes me feel well taken care of. I am so glad I found Iora. I will not change again. Thank you One Senior for being there for me
I suffered a fall at home and had a scraped shin injury. Visited One Medical Seniors Puyallup a couple days after and received good care along with a take-home pack with instructions on care. When I needed a recheck and more bandaging items I called for an appointment. One was not available for 3 weeks. I miss having a relationship with ONE doctor!
After waiting 5 months to get a new patient appointment with a large medical provider, I switched to One Medical and was seen in about 3 weeks. The practitioners take their time to meet with each patient and get to know their needs before prescribing medication. On my last visit I was advised against surgery on my right foot that was recommended by a podiatrist. That was a great relief!
