I've never had a problem everyone is helpful and friendly
One Medical should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.This is NOT directed towards the staff or doctors specifically. We have been mostly happy with the care at the office. Even though the best doctor she has seen in 77 years on earth left because of the policies and poor practices of the new ownership. I have a 77-year-old mother who was being really well taken care of at an Iora clinic in Washington state, prior to them being taken over by One Medical.
