I have been going there for years. Dr. Flewwelling is awesome. his staff goes over and above. I would definitely recomend them!
After having seen three PCPs who were total failures, my husband saw Cheri Cerrato at One Medical in Hyannis. She was attentive, thorough, highly professional, took as much time as was needed, and combed through his medical records from Cape Cod Hospital - something that none of his prior PCPs had even bothered to do. Tired of not being able to talk to my DR's office direct. Have to go through the office of one medical. I wanted an appointment with my DR, calling late February and I could not get one until April 22 One excuse after another. Wish they stayed with the old company, never had a problem talking to someone in my DR's office and not through the main office.
This is the worst practice I have ever been associated with. When it was Iora Health it was wonderful! You can NEVER get anyone on the phone and when you do they are located in Arizona! After 2 days someone got back to me and after that it was a full week before I saw a doctor. By then the hematoma on my knee after fall on ice was not able to be drained (I ended up going to orthopedic specialist on my own).
