Since amazon has taken over this doctor's office things have gone downhill fast. I would not recommend. Care is far from personalized, it's very machinal.
The whole office is clean. The bathrooms are clean too. They have a coffee machine in the waiting area. The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. My wife is a patient there. She is very happy with the doctor and staff and does not need to go to a different doctor.

IORA is a place for older people, they have no experience or a minimum courtesy for older people. I came from hospital to make an appointments to see a doctor in couple of days,they said they are booked next one week . Matter of fact I never saw a any patient there in one year. To follow up with doctor is first priority then any other appointment. Front desk people are not trained and organized for the office.
