Was a lot better when iroa you can not even call and talk to them and are on hold for so long to talk to someone. It takes for ever to get medicine called in for refills

My husband and I contacted Aurora all we could get with video meetings we told the doctor my husband was busy the doctor told him it's probably medicine to change his diet my husband became so dizzy he couldn't hardly stand up I had to take him to urgent care we tried to contact the doctor again even though the doctor said we are available 24/7 could not contact the doctor did not hear back from the doctor we were scheduled for x-rays the orders were not signed the imaging center could not contact the doctor we tried to cont... read more
I had my televisit today with Dr. Williams. Being this was my first appointment I was apprehensive about not meeting the doctor in person.Within the first few minutes my concerns vanished. It is rare today to find a doctor that makes you feel like they really do care. All my issues were addressed and a plan initiated. Devon,Tayele and Debra were absolutely wonderful. I feel blessed to have found them and I know I am in good hands..Thank you all.
