I have been coming here periodically for almost 2 years. I have seen about 3-4 different providers. Every provider I worked with (with one exception) treated me with professionalism and care. My health concerns and health goals are taken seriously at One Medical in Shoreline. I LOVE my care team! Evelina, NP, is outstanding! Sierra, Health Navigator, is incredible! High turnover over of medical personnel. Your lucky if you see your primary physician after the first time. And it's hit and miss with the nurse practitioners or physician assistants regarding their level of experience or competence. Same with admin staff. It's supposed to be a clinic specializing in senior/elder care but I have my doubts. (either senior/elderly stereotyping - not all seniors are borderline senile, weak & disabled, and on a daily cocktail of expensive meds, use walkers or wheelchairs, etc. OR lack the specia... read more
Since Amazon took over, I have gone through 4 primary physicians within the last year. All the doctors are leaving. I don’t know who my primary is now. Probably a PA as Amazon isn’t paying for quality care for a DOCTOR.
