The worst garbage clinic I have every been too. Since Amazon took over, you can never reach anyone that will take charge of anyone care. They route you to a central triage nurse then you have to talk to several people about the same item. This is supposed to be for senior care. Imagine how bad it would be if a senior was trying to manage this by themselves with no service AT ALL. It was fantastic a year ago when Dr. Jacobs and Iora was running it. Stay far AWAY!!
