Just got back to Arizona and went to this facility on recommendation from a friend. Our experience was excellent in all ways. Receptionist Karina was very helpful and professional. Our appointment with the doctor was also excellent. It was our first appointment with him and we left very satisfied. Highly recommend this facility. Don and Janet Rich.
Decided to switch from the One Medical on Bell. This office is amazing. Great staff and so willing to help after weeks of getting nowhere at the other office. Karina at the front desk was terrific! Many thanks to this excellent staff!
I like the homey kind of feeling I get from this place. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I'm never kept waiting. Jackie at this Meejer location just did a blood draw. My vein is not easy but Jackie did an excellent and painless needle insert. So appreciated!!
One Medical has a truly Great staff of people that cares about you from the moment you walk in. They are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and considerate. I have never felt rushed and have always had all of my questions and concerns thoroughly answered.
